What I’ve found is that too many women are overwhelmed with caring for their families, juggling work and family, and are too tired at the end of the day to even take care of themselves. They feel like there is not enough time to do it all and something has to fall to the side and that’s usual self-care and health. They don’t think they can do or have it all, they don’t know how to do it all as time runs out each day. Their family may be taken care of, but our own health often suffers.
So, I’ve found women searching self-help books, online weight loss programs, and gym memberships that they don’t have time to use.
My story:
I spent years trying to balance family and work and my own wellness. I would get to the end of the day and wonder where the time had gone. And me not being a morning person, and saving my workout until the end of the day, that would often be the thing that dropped off from my schedule.
I thought I was being selfless by putting my family first. But I gained 20 pounds and then was tired all day and wasn’t able to offer the best of me to my family. No matter how hard I tried to eat “right” or sporadically get to the gym, I just couldn’t make any progress.
I had to prioritize myself in order to show up greater for my family, for my God, and for my business.
So, I’ve developed an 8-week program to teach women to shift their mindset, tap into and stand in their power, and find their God-given purpose for their lives!
