Watermelon Mint Lemonade Juice / Smoothie
We’re on Day 4 of our 5 Day Juice Cleanse. It’s going pretty well. I won’t say I haven’t “cheated” and had a few non-juice items, but all in all, I think I’m doing pretty well. I realized that I hadn’t used my mint in any juices, yet, so I remedied that with this morning’s breakfast “orange” (in color) juice. It tasted really yummy and I had to stop myself from turning it into a daiquiri. ;)
Here’s what you do:
Watermelon Mint Lemonade
2 c watermelon, cubed1 red apple4 small carrots or 2 large
1 stem fresh mint leaves
1 T lemon juice
8 oz coconut water
1/2 in slice of fresh ginger
2 c ice cubes
Serves 2
Blend to desired consistency and serve with a sprig of mint.
